MDF is the artificial sheet, using the qualified logs as raw material, cooked to soften and smash, and pressed with urea-formaldehyde resin and other adhesive.
The MDF is of good physical properties and processing performance, low cost, high utilization and simple processing.
1.The fibers are even and compacted in a solid structure. The surface is smooth.
2.Not easy to deforma,stable property.The edge is bright,hard,fine and smooth,not easy to be chipped,separated.
3.Medium density fiberboard is more exquisite than normal plain particleboard,no swelling,can reduce the materials usage quantity greatly.
4.Check the formaldehyde emission and structural strength mainly when people choose MDF,the MDF’s formaldehyde emission is divided into E1,E2 and E0 grade.The product which formaldehyde emission dont exceed 30mg/100g is treat as qualified product.
